The Cuyahoga County Coroner's office identified the dead man as Terrance Manning, 20, of nearby Central Avenue. He died shortly after midnight Friday at MetroHealth Medical Center. Manning was released from prison on Aug. 21 after serving two years on robbery and weapons charges, according to the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction.
